1. Conclusion of the contract
Before submitting your order, step 3 of the ordering process (‘Order confirmation’) offers you the chance to check all the details again (e.g. name, address, method of payment and items ordered) and make changes if necessary.
Once you proceed to the next step by clicking the button ‘Confirm Order’ you make a binding offer to purchase the goods from ‘Gauri – Die Boutique’. After you click the button ‘Confirm Order’ you will either get your order confirmed or you are redirected to ‘Paypal’ for your secure credit card payment.
This offer is accepted (and the contract thereby concluded) by dispatching the goods you ordered.
The contract is therefore brought about when the goods you ordered are dispatched.

3. Storage of the contractual text
The details of your order are saved by us. If you would like a printed copy, you can print out the "Order confirmation" which appears on your screen once you have submitted your order. You will also receive all the relevant details of your order by eMail, which you can also print out.
If you have made an online payment via Paypal you will receive a separate eMail confirming your payment transaction details.
4. Right to exchange or return goods
You have the right to return all goods bought online at ‘Gauri – Die Boutique’ free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
If you exercise your right to exchange or return goods within 14 days of receiving the goods, the sales contract is rendered invalid.
To comply with the time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within the 14-day period by eMail, telephone, fax or post to:

If you return goods, the contract is cancelled and any sums paid (excluding postage charges) are refunded to you in the form of a voucher once the delivered goods have been returned.
Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.
If you are returning goods by post you are responsible for postage charges.
When returning valuables by post please send them by registered mail. ‘Gauri – Die Boutique’ will not be responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Please observe the following points:
Please always return the item to us in full together with its original packaging - that allows us to complete the process quickly.
Please enter your reasons for returning the product on the return slip and enclose it in the parcel so that we can improve our service.
5. Delivery proviso
Deliveries are guaranteed only whilst stocks last.
We deliver in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Deliveries abroad are made at different postal rates than stated below.
6. Shipping costs
At ‘Gauri – Die Boutique’ you generally pay a flat rate of SFr. 8.00 for Standard post delivery or SFr. 10.00 for Priority post, regardless of the value of the order.
This covers part of the packaging, delivery and postage costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The rest is paid for you by ‘Gauri – Die Boutique’.
Jewellery and expensive items will be sent by registered post.
In exceptional cases or for shipments abroad a higher shipping rate will be specified accordingly. Costs are always displayed when you proceed to the checkout.
(Postal charges for ‘payment upon delivery’ are SFr. 15.00.)
Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistic reasons, we will of course only charge you once for delivery costs.
7. Reservation of ownership
Goods remain the property of ‘Gauri – Die Boutique’ until payment has been received in full.
8. Payment methods
Payment for goods is to be made by credit card. Other options are: advance payment (to our post or bank account), payment upon postal delivery, or in cash when you pick up your order at our store. In certain cases we may also accept payment by invoice (by Swiss postal payment slip / Post-Einzahlungsschein).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheques. We accept no responsibility for loss.
Credit card payments
When paying by credit card you will be redirected to the secure pages of our payment service provider ‘Paypal’ when you confirm your order at the checkout.
Paypal is also used for payments on ‘Ebay’. If you already have a Paypal account you can simply log in and directly complete your payment.
Please note the following points:
In order to pay via Paypal you will need to provide your eMail address. This is an additional fraud protection measure.
The order total will be converted from Swiss Francs to EURO or US-Dollars at the current rate.
Your card will be debited after entering and confirming your details on Paypal.
The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
If your billing address is in Switzerland it is possible that Paypal will automatically switch the website language to default German. The instructions should be simple enough to understand. Should your credit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.
Due date for Invoice payments
When paying by invoice you confirm to pay the amount due within 14 days of receiving the goods. Late payments / reminders are subject to an extra charge.
Refunds for returned goods
In the case of possible returns, the amount paid (excluding postage charges) will be refunded to you usually with a voucher that you can use for your future purchases.
